This policy describes Fireside Pricing version 1.0, developed by Fireside Designs. Contact: Will Hester, will@firesidedesigns.net.

Information stored locally

The app stores the information you enter or select on your device: company, customer and designer details; projects and rooms; pricing and notes; photos and files; payment records; and document settings. This information is used to prepare estimates, organize work, and create documents. Payment records are entries you make, not payments processed by the app. Fireside Designs does not receive this project information through the app.

Sharing and external services

Fireside Pricing has no account system, app-operated cloud sync, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. You choose when to select photos or files, export a backup or document, share, restore, or print. The destination you choose may receive those files and handle them under its own policies. Apple device backups may include app data according to your settings. The app does not automatically upload your projects to a developer-operated server.

Retention, backups, and deletion

Project information remains locally until you remove it or the app’s data is deleted. Projects can be moved to Recently Deleted and removed from that list. Earlier copies may remain in local safety backups created for recovery, device backups, or files you exported. Removing a project does not immediately remove all such copies. Deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading retains data. Manage exported files, shared copies, and device backups separately. Save any work you want to keep before deleting the app.

Support and privacy requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, and manage your request. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and manage correspondence. Support messages are retained as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. Email will@firesidedesigns.net to ask about or request deletion of your support correspondence. Remove customer details and other private information from examples unless needed for the request.

Your choices and policy updates

You control the data entered into the app, the files selected, and the documents or backups shared. You can manage or delete local information and stop using or delete the app. This policy covers the app and support correspondence; this website and external services have their own applicable practices. We will update this page if the app’s data practices change. The effective date identifies the current policy.
