Mixed Measure privacy policy

This policy describes Mixed Measure version 1.0, developed by Fireside Designs. Contact: Will Hester, will@firesidedesigns.net.

Data on your device

Mixed Measure performs calculations on your device. It saves display settings and up to 50 calculation-history entries locally, including expressions, results, units, calculation order, and timestamps. This information supports your calculations and history. Fireside Designs does not receive it through the app.

Accounts, advertising, and sharing

Mixed Measure has no account system, app-operated cloud sync, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not send your calculation history to a developer-operated server. When you choose Copy Result, the selected result is placed on the system clipboard. Apple device backups and clipboard features may handle information according to your device settings and Apple’s policies.

Keeping and deleting data

Settings remain on your device until changed or the app’s data is removed. History is retained locally up to the 50-entry limit unless you delete individual entries or clear it in History. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app retains data. Copies in device backups or elsewhere must be managed separately through those services.

Support and privacy requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, and manage your request. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and manage correspondence. Support messages are retained as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. Email will@firesidedesigns.net to ask about or request deletion of your support correspondence. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Your choices and policy updates

You can use Mixed Measure without providing personal information to Fireside Designs, manage local history, and stop using or delete the app. This policy covers the app and support correspondence; use of this website or Apple services is governed by their own applicable practices. We will update this page if the app’s data practices change. The effective date identifies the current policy.
